PREPARATION

Blend Bananas,Dates,and Cardamom powder with cold water till you get the right consistency. Serve chilled.

We in India are fortunate to have over 300 varieties of bananas growing in the country, of which 20 are easily available. Whip up a different shake each day and you will never be bored.

You can also substitute Dates with Raisins, Figs or Apricots or any other dried fruit or a combination of them.

Add different spices such as Cinnamon or Nutmeg in place of cardamom for different flavors

Creamy and sweet, this is the best replacement for yogurt, milk or cream and can be a base for other smoothies.

  2. Dates: 8-10 nos, deseeded
  3. Cardamom
  4. (Elaichi Powder): 1 clove, powdered
