- TOOLS PROVIDED : Kitchen management principles, keeping the balance of taste and nourishment, health preserving recipes, daily necessities for optimal growth, repair and maintenance of the body.
- INGREDIENTS USED : Fresh, whole, raw, natural, seasonal-and-unfortunately only rarely local. Organic more frequently. No Dairy. No Meats. No Fats and Oils. Nothing Refined or Processed. No Microwaves. No Deep Frying. No Cold Freezes. No Bottle/Tin/Can Openers.
