9 WEEK CLASS

A deeper journey into

wellness across nine weeks.

Learn to take care of yourself and your family by unlearning. Detach yourself from this preservative-loving, antibiotic-happy culture. It’s not good for your home – and by home we mean your body, your household and your planet.

Step by step, session by session, you will learn to change your world. These simple, guiding principles of nutrition (food, movement, sleep, sun, etc.) will empower you to take better care of yourself and your family. All you require is an open mind and the willingness to explore fresh experiences and let go of cultural (both modern and traditional) dogma.

In the course of this Nutrition Re-Education Class, we re-examine the nature and dynamics of health and disease, explore the wisdom and paradoxes of conventional nutrition, introspect on priorities and then find authentic routes to realign your lifestyle.

It begins with honesty and commitment; be patient with the process and your body (“to not turn into a patient” as Founder Dr. Vijaya Venkat used to say) and keep going back to the principles shared during the classes. Widening horizons often mean breaking the walls that box you in. This includes making some shifts in your mindset, habits and surrendering to a life with as little medication as possible. As Proust put it, “The real voyage of discovery does not consist of seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes”.

how does it works

  • The nine sessions will be spread across nine weeks. Each session will be a minimum of three hours.
  • Six theoretical sessions. Discussions will cover Food Patterns, Body Wisdom, Evolutionary Principles, Disease Spectrum, Germ Theories, Medical Models, Nutrition Factors and Earth Care. Each subject will be viewed through the spectrum of genesis, cause, progress, role and importance.
  • Three Practical Demonstrations. These are going to be hands-on food preparation sessions.
  • Integration of Theory and Experience, Information and Daily Practice; complement what you learn at your sessions by doing your homework.
  • Every session will be enhanced with other skills that are required for holistic harmonious living – Relaxation Techniques, Information Material, Practical Tips, Planning Nutritious Meals etc. We will closely examine your day-to-day habits to weed out the ones that no longer support or have become redundant or come in the way of your decision to stay in the best of health.

program process

  • The sessions are interlinked and it is important to attend all the nine sessions as per the programme design. Discipline plays a primary role in this kind of living and it must begin right at the start.
  • Natural Living is symbiotic and that’s why we have the THAC- support web. A facilitator from the programme will get in touch every week in the intervals between each session. You will be guided and checked through the process of applying what you learnt in each session.
  • Daily awareness pointers over nine sessions will become second nature, and healthy habits turn into the essence of natural living.
  • The sessions will conclude with Personal Counselling. This will help you recognise and identify individual body signals and tendencies, which is the first step towards reversing symptoms.
  • The nine weeks would have planted the seed for what is the rest of your life. Over the course of the next six months to one year, another THAC Health Facilitator will tend to your growth by charting a road map. The map will help you find a strong foothold in real time application of the concepts and principles learnt and thus unveil your body’s inherent potential.

expected follow up

  • The WhatsApp group keeps you connected with the rest of your class. Staying in touch helps you help each other. Together, we will cover more ground, stay accountable and evolve. Alone, more often than not, we lose our way.
  • Attend the bi-monthly THAC Open House. This event is held solely for the purpose of growing deep and strong roots in natural living.
