There is no better gift you can give yourself, which you can eventually pass on to kids, than these skills, where you learn to watch the green sprout and spill all around your house, whilst attracting the lesser fauna, right within city spaces.
Workshop process
- Life begins from the soil. Learn about soil composition and making the right soil mix.
- Healthy soil is the foundation. Growing begins with seeds. Experience seeds and seed stories.
- Create saplings, make your own herb planter and know the intricacies of repotting.
- Know more on natural pesticides and fertilizers. Find out how you can prepare home made versions from common herbs and spices.
- Learn about the seasonal sowing calendar. Identify easy to grow Vegetables & Herbs, that grow with minimum care.
- Attract pollinators (Birds and Butterflies) to your balcony.
- Awaken your senses to naturally available cleansing options. Mould your own multani mitti soap bar at the end of it.
