Health and Wellbeing are important needs. It is a goal for all of us, be it individually or socially. Especially now, when an invisible virus has made the whole world come to a stand still. The situation around us has changed, and it doesn’t appear to go “back to normal”, any time soon. What will be the “new normal”, is also unknown. We have questions. We have a lot bothering us, regarding these uncertainties.

In an unexpected way it has united us, with no boundaries of any kind, in the search for a cure or better ways to handle this pandemic. It has made us recognize the value and fragility of human life. It has made us reflect on whether our choices towards the health of our Bodies and our Planet, are correct choices or not. It has made us Stop, so that we don’t get destroyed.

No longer can we look at this as a short term process. We have to learn how to move forward, and reach our goal in the circumstances that are there. This can happen only when we take care of our body and respond to the situation, not out of compulsion, but out of choice.

It has also made us look deeper into Self – Care and our responsibilities and actions towards its maintenance. How can we equip ourselves to take better care of ourselves, and our loved ones?

WHAT IS THAC TALKS ?

The pandemic has compelled us to look deeper into our immunity, health, and lifestyle. With physical restrictions for interaction being imposed, THAC TALKS evolved as an online platform to primarily be a safety net for the THAC Community. From there it has grown in scope to convey the message of Natural Laws and its relevance to a wider audience. Its aim is to provide support and security to families and communities to enable them to take better care of themselves.

The sessions are curated as independent sessions or as part of a series.

The topics range from focused discussions on Stress or Health Symptoms, to practical sessions on Food, Planning, EarthCare, or De-Activation.
